How to complain about Nunko or a listing, and who to escalate to if we get it wrong.

If you have a complaint about the Services or a listing, please contact us with detailed information — the page address or handle in question and what the problem is. Our team is committed to addressing your concerns promptly and thoroughly, and we aim to review every complaint within five (5) business days.
Email us at legal@nunko.ai. If your complaint is a request to take a listing down, the fastest route is to request removal — no proof, no account, honoured within 24 hours.
If you are located in Australia and your complaint relates to content or a listing on Nunko, you may submit it to us using the contact details above. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, or if we have not resolved your complaint within 30 days, you may escalate your complaint to the Australian eSafety Commissioner:

The eSafety Commissioner is Australia’s independent regulator for online safety. The Commissioner has the power to investigate complaints about online content and services, including listings and content on a directory, and may require us to take action in response to a complaint.
We are committed to cooperating fully with any investigation or notice issued by the eSafety Commissioner under the Online Safety Act 2021 (Cth).
If your complaint relates to a listing or content that you believe should not have been accessible to you or to a minor, please indicate this clearly in your complaint. We treat such complaints as priority matters.
If you believe a child has been exposed to harmful content through the Services, we encourage you to report this directly to the eSafety Commissioner at www.esafety.gov.au/report without waiting for our internal process.
