Nothing to Buy

Nunko currently charges nothing. There are no subscriptions, no paid features, and no payments of any kind have been taken. If you were charged by anyone claiming to be Nunko, it did not come from us — please contact legal@nunko.ai so we can help.

The Policy When There Is

If and when Nunko introduces paid features, the exact terms — price, billing period, and cancellation — will be shown to you before any charge is possible, and this page will be updated to state the refund terms in full. The policy we intend to apply is:

• Because digital services are delivered immediately, a completed purchase that has already been used will generally not be refundable once used;
• We will honour any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period that the law of your jurisdiction requires (for example, the rights available to consumers in the EU and UK);
• At our discretion, we may offer credits — such as additional service time — where you experience a genuine technical fault and have made a sincere effort to resolve it;
• Any posted discount rates may change at any time without notice, with the rate in effect at the time of purchase applying to that purchase.
