These Terms govern your use of Nunko, a non-explicit directory of public metadata about adult-industry creators. Read them before you use the directory.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and ERS Interactive (“Nunko,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of the Nunko website at nunko.ai and any related content or services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, or are under 18, you must not access or use the Services.
These Terms apply to all visitors and users. We may change them at any time; when we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms, so please review them from time to time.
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, and “you” refers to that entity.
You may not use the Services and may not accept these Terms if you are not of legal age to form a binding contract, if you are under 18, or if you are barred from receiving the Services under the laws of any country that applies to you.
By using the Services you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Nunko is a discovery index. It reads the public web and records only public metadata about adult-industry creators and the websites they use — a name or handle, a platform, a category, and links that were already public. Please note:
3.1. Real people and real sites. Every listing describes a real person or a real website. No entry in this directory is a fictional character, and we do not present a generated persona as though it were someone you could find.
3.2. Content we publish ourselves. Today Nunko finds rather than makes; over time it will also publish work of its own, including AI-generated work. Wherever that appears it is labelled as generated, and it never depicts a real person without that person's consent. The rules are set out in the AI disclosure and they bind our own output exactly as they bind anything we index.
3.3. Third-party media. We link out to creators’ own destinations and do not store, rehost, or serve their content. Listings, categories, and copy on this site are non-explicit by design.
3.4. Metadata may be imperfect. Entries are derived from public sources and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Nothing here is professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
3.5. Modifications to Services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice or liability.
3.6. Availability. We strive to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
3.7. Age restriction. The Services are strictly for adults 18 years of age or older.
Because every entry is about a real person, the following are core terms, not fine print:
4.1. Public metadata only. A listing is assembled from information that was already public. We do not publish explicit media, private data, legal names we had to dig for, or anything gathered from behind a login.
4.2. Removal on request, no proof, no account. Any person who is listed may have their entry removed. You do not have to explain why, you do not have to prove who you are, and you do not need an account. A person reads every request and we act within 24 hours. Anyone can request removal; any invitation we send also carries a one-click removal link. Removal is recorded against the handle, so a later crawl cannot re-add you.
4.3. Fail-closed publication. An entry about a person is withheld by default and surfaces only once our compliance floor is satisfied: age-verified, first-party, not a deepfake or unconsented likeness, and legal in the relevant jurisdiction — all four, or the entry stays withheld.
4.4. Claiming instead of removing. If you would rather correct an entry than remove it, you can claim it by proving you control the account. Claiming never grants anyone another person’s channel. See how this directory works.
5.1. No account, no email. Nunko requires no account, no password, and no email address. Access is anonymous by default.
5.2. Session. So the personalized feed can remember what you reacted to, your browser
carries an opaque, random identifier in the coveting_sid cookie and an
age-confirmation flag in the coveting_age_ok cookie. Neither is tied to your
identity. Our Privacy Policy describes exactly what is stored.
5.3. Save token. You may optionally save a session so you can resume it on another device. The resume link we give you is the entire credential — anyone who has it can read that session — so keep it private and treat it like a password.
5.4. Your responsibility. You are responsible for using the Services lawfully and consistently with these Terms, and for confirming that you are 18 or older.
6.1. Lawful use. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

6.3. Content you submit. When you submit information to us — for example when you claim, correct, report, or request removal of a listing — you grant us a limited licence to use that information to act on your request, and you agree it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
6.4. Reporting violations. If you become aware of a violation of these Terms, please report it to legal@nunko.ai.
7.1. Ownership. The selection, arrangement, and compilation of the index, together with the software, design, and text of Nunko, are owned by ERS Interactive and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Facts and public metadata about third parties are not claimed by us as our property.
7.2. Limited licence to you. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.
7.3. Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute a substantial part of the index, nor use any part of the Services for commercial purposes, without our prior written consent.
7.4. Trademarks. The Nunko name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of ERS Interactive. You must not use them without our prior written permission.
7.5. Copyright. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law. Our designated agent and the full notice-and-takedown procedure are set out in our DMCA policy. Because we host no media, a valid notice is usually resolved by removing the listing that links to the material.
8.1. Third-party content. The Services are built largely of links to third-party websites and services that we do not own or control. We do not endorse and assume no responsibility for any third-party site or its content.
8.2. No control. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site. Your access to and use of them is at your own risk.
8.3. Affiliate links. Some outbound links may be affiliate links, meaning we may receive a commission if you sign up or purchase through them, at no additional cost to you.
8.4. Interactions with third parties. Any interaction or transaction between you and a third party is solely between you and that third party.
8.5. Removal of links. We may disable any third-party link at any time and for any reason, without notice. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
9.1. Disclaimer of warranties. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Nunko PROVIDES THE SERVICES ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9.2. Directory accuracy. The metadata in the directory is derived from public sources and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated, and outbound links may break or change. We make no warranty as to any third-party site you reach through the Services.
9.3. Limitation of liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ERS Interactive OR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, ANY THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT OR CONTENT, OR ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER THEORY.
9.4. Cap on liability. NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, YOU PAID US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR (B) $100.
9.5. Exclusions. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
9.6. Basis of the bargain. You acknowledge that the warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability in this section reflect a reasonable allocation of risk and form an essential basis of the bargain between you and ERS Interactive.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ERS Interactive and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Services, or your violation of any law or any third-party right. This obligation survives these Terms and your use of the Services.
11.1. Governing law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
11.2. Agreement to arbitrate. You and ERS Interactive agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services (“Disputes”) will be settled by binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to protect its intellectual property rights.
11.3. Class-action waiver. ALL DISPUTES MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE PARTIES’ INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. You and ERS Interactive each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
11.4. Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@nunko.ai within 30 days of first becoming subject to it. Your notice must include your name and an unequivocal statement that you want to opt out. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
11.5. Venue. To the extent litigation is permitted, both parties agree that all claims will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
12.1. Term. These Terms apply for as long as you use the Services.
12.2. By you. You may stop using the Services at any time. Because there is no account, there is nothing to close — you may also clear your cookies to discard your session.
12.3. By us. We may restrict, suspend, or block your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including violation of these Terms, requests by law enforcement, technical or security issues, or discontinuation of the Services.
12.4. Survival. Sections 6 (Acceptable Use), 7 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability), 10 (Indemnification), and 11 (Dispute Resolution) survive termination.
13.1. Entire agreement. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and ERS Interactive regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
13.2. Waiver and severability. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect.
13.3. Statute of limitations. Any claim arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after it arose, or be forever barred.
13.4. Communications. You may contact us with questions, complaints, or claims at legal@nunko.ai.
13.5. Assignment. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them without restriction.
13.6. Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
13.7. Export control. You may not use or export the Services except as authorized by U.S. law and any other applicable laws.
13.8. Consumer complaints. In accordance with California Civil Code §1789.3, you may report complaints to the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs by contacting them in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.
13.9. Equitable relief. You acknowledge that a breach of these Terms may cause us irreparable harm for which money damages are inadequate, and that we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief.
14.1. Right to modify. We may modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.
14.2. Notice. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Services or by updating the “Last updated” date. For changes that significantly affect your rights we will provide reasonable advance notice where the law requires it.
14.3. Acceptance. Changes take effect on the date stated in our notice, and your continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
Nunko maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking and sexual exploitation in any form. Using the Services to advertise, promote, facilitate, or engage in human trafficking or sex trafficking is expressly prohibited. This includes:
